(30) Redundant

Purposeful repetition is a powerful tool of many writers. When repetition is careless, however, the writer is being redundant, and redundant language should be avoided. [DELETE]

Some examples of the redundant and the revised:

Stood up >>>>> Stood

Permeated through >>>>> permeated

Two twins >>>>> twins

Large in size >>>>> large

End result >>>>> result

Climb up >>>>> climb
